How do I use the 4-in-1 / 3-in-1 product?

Simply lift the mouthpiece gently, then rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise to switch between different flavour experiences.
How should I keep my ecig when not in use?

To ensure battery safety and prevent the device from overheating, please refrain from exposing the device or battery to direct sunlight or placing them near any heat source.
If the pod has been recently filled or contains residual e-liquid, it is advisable to store it upright to avoid the risk of leakage.
Why is my device not charging, and how can I fix it?

How to return an item?

To return your product, please contact our customer service team:
